Och isigt. \u00c4ven om v\u00e5ren \u00e4r p\u00e5 ant\u00e5gande, och gatorna sakta men s\u00e4kert b\u00f6rjar torka upp, \u00e4r det fortfarande lite f\u00f6r kallt och m\u00f6rkt f\u00f6r att ge sig ut p\u00e5 racern.<\/p>\n<p>Jag saknar cyklandet. K\u00e4nslan av od\u00f6dlighet n\u00e4r man susar fram \u00f6ver asfalten. Vinden i h\u00e5ret. Landskapen som flyter samman till ett. Musiken som pulserar i \u00f6ronen. Syrechocken. Det finns inget b\u00e4ttre. <\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r bara det, att p\u00e5 vinterhalv\u00e5ret blir det aldrig av. V\u00e4der och vind s\u00e4tter stopp f\u00f6r utomhuscykling. \u00c5tminstone f\u00f6r mig. <\/p>\n<p>Men slutat att cykla har jag inte. Skillnaden \u00e4r att min racer nuf\u00f6rtiden sitter uppsp\u00e4nd p\u00e5 en dymo i f\u00f6rr\u00e5det. D\u00e4r, bland all br\u00e5te, tvingar jag upp mig n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng i veckan f\u00f6r att trampa. Jag, cykeln, Spotify, och ett ljust rum utan f\u00f6nster.<\/p>\n<p>Om det \u00e4r roligt?<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nk dig ett spinningpass utan instrukt\u00f6r och tr\u00e4ningskompisar. Jag klarar max 1h. Sen d\u00f6r jag uttr\u00e5kningsd\u00f6den. Men jag blir svettig, tr\u00f6tt, och kroppen f\u00e5r sig en genomk\u00f6rare.
